The Studio
Built for this climate.
Designed for people.
A design-build studio in Enugu, Nigeria. Working across Africa and globally.
About
We work from first sketch to final handover.
Studio COKA is a full-service design-build studio offering architecture, interior, and urban design. One team, one process, no handoff gaps. Our work is shaped by the climate, the site, and the people who will use the space, not by what is fashionable.

Philosophy
"We begin with a simple question: how were humans originally meant to live?"
That question drives every decision: how we plan space, which materials we specify, how we handle light, heat, and air. We are not interested in trends. We are interested in buildings that work for the people inside them and the place they sit in.

The Practice
One studio.
Every stage.
We take projects from idea to delivery. Through passive design and material intelligence, we create spaces that reduce energy demand, improve comfort, and hold their quality over time. Every project is shaped by context, and guided by performance, identity, and craft.

Benchmark Project
Nigeria's first fully off-grid hospital.
Our Design Director led the design of Nigeria's first hospital powered entirely by on-site solar energy, prior to establishing Studio COKA. This is the benchmark we hold every project to.
